The dialogue between the lawyer and the client is not a mere construct of words, but a bridge between two often distant worlds: the legal one, an incoherent set of incoherently declined rules and that of the client, characterized by emotions and fears. In the context of this relationship, the communication of the risk of suffering prejudicial consequences from a personal and financial perspective cannot be limited to the sole transmission of legal notions to the client, but requires that the lawyer, in compliance with the principles of professional ethics, effectively knows how to communicate to the client the elements that allow him to make a considered and, hopefully, the best possible choice.
