Abstract

This autobiographical essay recounts the author’s formative encounter with Ezio Raimondi, beginning with a university lecture on 23 December 1974 that profoundly shaped his intellectual trajectory. Through memories of teaching in Bologna and later experiences in Bressanone, the text portrays Raimondi as a mentor who conveyed literature as a living, dialogic, and intertextual practice.
